La Casa Colonica is situated in the small village “Vernazzano” nearby the highway that leads to Perugia and/or Siena. The very good position makes this, from origin, farmhouse very suitable for those who wants to spend there holidays in a relaxing as well as a culture way.
Some of these most important art and culture cities  of Tuscany and Umbrie like Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Gubbio, Siena, Florence, Cortona and many other smaller cities, rich of history and culture, are very easy to reach for day trips.
This restored farmhouse, surrounded by vine and ancient old olive yards, is an ideal and healthy place, in the middle of nature, for a lovely holiday! The apartments are simple but furnished with all comfort. In total 8 apartments, each with his own entrance, terrace or garden.
The farmhouse has a family atmosphere, complety managed by the family Mezzetti who are also the owners, each member of the family having his own part of responsability. The family produces there own wine and olive oil “extra vergine” since 1960.
